REFUND POLICY/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms and conditions for Refund:
- The products can be refunded under the following specifications:
- The condition of the packaging must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.
- It must contains all tags.
- It must not be damaged.
- The customer must have proof or original receipt of purchase for refund.
- Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel within 3 - 4 days after purchase.
- Refund can be done in both Cash & Credit form, further final decision will be taken by Panchamrutha Industries.
- Reasons for Refund/Cancellation: Customers are eligible for refund if their Such as :
1. Wrong item or packaging size
- Damaged or defective product
3.Product arrived too late

RETURN POLICY
- PACKAGING CONDITION: The product returned can be an open box but must be complete and all original packaging.
- ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Customers require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns.
- FORM OF REFUND: Refund can be done in the form of product itself.
- EXCLUDED ITEMS: No such excluded items, All the items can be exchanged.
- RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 2 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- RETURN PROCESS:
1.If the customer gets any damaged product or unsimilar products are shown.

3.After the refund request is approved it takes the time of 3-4days to be processed for the funds to appear back in your bank account.
4.Once the refund is processed you will receive confirmation statement from our team.
